Blotchy, unsightly concrete can mar the curb appeal of even the most beautifully maintained homes. The blotchy "concrete mange," is caused by erosion of the top layer of concrete from exposure to the elements. SURFACES can increase you curb appeal by replacing that top layer or "skin" with a micro topping re-surfacer. This resurfacing material is exceptionaly durable and can be applied over existing concrete where surfaces are badly damaged by abuse or the elements.

To further enhance your curb appeal, custom staining and engraving can be applied with special tools (into, not onto) concrete to create beautiful tile or flagstone designs. They are engraved into (not stamped onto) concrete so each design is unique and there is no repeated patterns. Also, freehand art can be engraved. Many colors and color applications are available. Colors are stained into (not onto) concrete. They are translucent and react with the concrete to produce a variegated, natural stone look. A specialy formulated sealer is applied to prevent any errosion or lessen slipperiness caused by the elements.

This process can be applied to old or new concrete. SURFACES can also freshen exposed aggregate.
