Maintenance
Although we use a food grade sealer that is stain resistant, it is not stain proof. We recommend that any food preparation be done on a cutting board and any food that is spilled be cleaned up. Avoid using any harsh chemicals (lacquer thinner, acetone, denatured alcohol.) For cleaning we suggest using a mixture of 50/ 50 vinegar and water for daily cleaner.
